We recognise that traditional communication isn’t always the most accessible. We offer several pathways to ensure you can connect with us comfortably:

Deaf / Hard of Hearing

We support contact through the National Relay Service (NRS):

Interpreter Support (Non-English Speakers)

If you require an interpreter, you can contact the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS) at 131 450 to facilitate a conversation with us.

Neurodivergent / Low-Pressure Contact

We aim to remove the “administrative burden” of seeking help.

  • No phone calls required: Everything can be handled via text or email.
  • No formal language expected: Use the language that is most natural to you.
  • Zero Pressure: Write as little or as much as you like; you do not need to explain your entire history upfront.

Our submission highlights severe structural and constitutional flaws within the proposed National Disability Insurance Scheme Amendment Bill 2026, arguing that it represents an unconstitutional overreach of executive authority and a direct threat to the rights of participants.
